Monday Morning Truth Shadow
2007/10/29

She’s a Monday morning
Disguised as a Monday
Morning moon shadow
In the factory of reality
She wears more bracelets
Than there were secrets
To Ali Baba’s unforgettable fall
In the magic potion

As imperial as not eating at all
Where castles are pretend fruits
She underplays the unsure radars
Under scrutinizing eyes
Which see nothing of this life
Beyond it’s ultimate [...]

Heart Missed a Beat
2007/10/28

In this game of give
Then take it away

Have to admit

That more than twice
My heart’s missed a beat

Nuclear powered shoes
Are accidents threatening to happen

They just happen to wait
Too close to the curb

And you know what they say
About trucks in the rain

While the beat of things dont always
Necessarily catch the comprehend

And this [...]

LOVE LURKS BEHIND THE DOOR
2007/10/26

My love is somewhat stuck
On the poetic underside
Of this here invisible door

It sticks like chewing gum
To the wrong surface of things
Like standing upside down
Beneath a floor

Love waits always off course
A little too far from love it seems

Scattered astray in the lottery
Of definitely erroneous numbers
That stolen tickets won’t fix

My love is [...]

TO ONLY SHE WHO KNOWS
2007/10/25

Only she who knows
Sufficiently about me
To understand how
Moreover why
When time came
I accepted the blame
For scars I wished she saw
And tears no longer withheld
To kiss her hip
And pierce her heart

Now that mixed emotions
Catch me so all alone
I search for a way
To make it back
To this future we shared

Of course it’s you
I am writing [...]

insider trading/ délit d’initié
2007/10/24

INSIDER TRADING
I cross the bridge of night
On the wings of an archangel
Pushed to centre stage
By defiance’s substance
Before the place blows
Shattering into a million pieces

DÉLIT D’INITIÉ
Je traverse le pont d’une nuit
Sur les ailes d’un ange maudit
Propulsé à l’avant scène
Par la substance du défi
Avant que cela ne saute
Et s’éparpille
En un million de morceaux

LET ME BE RUDE- slam#3
2007/10/21

Let me be rude
I beg for higher risk
And a trillion other reasons
To be reasonable on the make

Let me be rude
At least spare us the circular
Building rhetoric nuclear reactions
Stop pointing the finger
Spare us the grief

Let me be rude
I beg for higher risk
And a trillion other reasons
To be reasonable on the make

Let me [...]
